Safety / Disclosures

  1. Install in accordance with the proper installation procedure.

  2. Install in accordance with your national or local electrical code regulations.

  3. Do not expose to heat more than the specified temperature ratings.

  4. Only install with the required Driver/Power Supply – 24V DC Constant Voltage Driver.

  5. Use a separate power feed for each recommended maximum run.

  6. Only use cables that are certified for use with external connection of electrical equipment and rated for at least 80°C (176°F)

  7. Do not mishandle product or modify beyond the guidelines given as this may void product warranty.

  8. Only use with the recommended waterproof accessories and ensure complete waterproofing of any modified sections of the strip.

  9. Only use the recommended waterproof accessories and wires to connect between LED strip light, driver, controller, and other devices in between.

  10. The output color of the LED Strips may have slight variation from that of the pictures on this document or website due to photo rendering limitations.

  11. Design improvements and modification of the products could happen from to time and we reserve the right to do these improvements necessary without any prior notice.

Warranty

Brandon Amira Designs warrants that the Products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of shipment under normal use and operation unless otherwise stated in the product warranty. Brandon Amira Designs sole and exclusive obligation under the foregoing warranty shall be, at its option, to repair or replace any defective Product that fails during the warranty period. The expense of removal and re-installation of any item is not included in this warranty. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Repair or replacement in the manner provided above shall be the sole and exclusive remedy of Buyer for breach of warranty and shall constitute fulfillment of all liabilities of Brandon Amira Designs with respect to the quality and performance of the Products. Brandon Amira Designs reserves the right to inspect all defective Products (which must be returned by Buyer to Brandon Amira Designs factory freight prepaid). No Products will be accepted for replacement or repair without prior written approval. Brandon Amira Designs shall have no obligation to make repairs or replacement necessitated by catastrophe, fault, negligence, misuse, abuse, or accident of Buyer or others. The warranty period of any repaired or replaced Product shall not be extended beyond its original term. EXCEPT AS LIMITED BY LAW IN SOME STATES, IN NO EVENT SHALL BRANDON AMIRA DESIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO BUYER OR ANY THIRD PARTY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WHETHER THE DEFECT IS WARRANTED AGAINST OR NOT AND WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED UPON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, NOR SHALL BRANDON AMIRA DESIGNS BE LIABLE TO BUYER FOR ANY AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
