With sandy soil in mind, Statewide Homes engineering required a foundation with pilings delving 35 feet into the earth to ensure structural integrity and stability while erected by perfectly aligned square pillars.

Surprisingly lightweight for its design due to the fabrication using commercial-grade aluminum resistant to rust and dressed in a textured bronze finish, opens with little to no effort.
